Companions De summoned after Dungeons

Hello.
I just started having this issue today, Does anyone notice when entering a group session dungeon from the finder, once completed your selected ally (companion) is perma desummoned and you have to resummon them again.
Anyone else have that issue or could it be an add on? Weird because my ally was in a dungeon with me and 2 other players, towards the end we got a new guy (making it 4 full) and finished the dungeon and I had to re select them again.
