Is there a way for an under-level-50 character to enter a Cyrodiil campaign as a "Visitor"?

Maybe I never knew how things worked; maybe I am misremembering.
I normally play the main CP campaign (Alliance Locked Grayhost). That is my selected "Home" campaign. However, the user interface (UI) provides the option to "Enter" other Cyrodiil campaigns without first changing "Home" campaigns. In other words, it seems that leveled-characters may enter campaigns as "Visitors."
This week, for the double-AP event, I started a new character and have been playing the under-level-50 campaign "Icereach." I am not getting the "Enter" prompt at the bottom right of the screen that normally allows entry into other campaigns. In other words, it seems that if one is under level 50, one may only enter a campaign after selecting that campaign as "Home"? No "Visitors" allowed?
Is there a way for an under-level-50 character to enter a Cyrodiil campaign as a "Visitor"? Without changing the "Home" campaign? You see there is a certain faction that turns the entire map a single color, and then gate-camps, thereby putting an end to PvP (during the double-AP event!) for hours and hours and hours. I wanted to swap to another campaign where I might actually play PvP, but it seems that is not possible. Am I missing something?

✭✭Are you trying to queue for the other campaign while you're in Icereach? Because that will cause exactly what you described, no enter button. In that case, nothing to do with under 50,just you can't queue for Cyrodiil while in another Cyrodiil campaign.
I have never had an issue bringing a character between levels 10 and 50 to the other campaigns, home or not, but it's been quite a while.Edited by kringled_1 on February 25, 2022 6:10PM3

But the joke's on me: I wanted to go to the other campaign because the map in my campaign was all one color. But then I got to the other campaign, and that map is all one color too!Edited by HumbleThaumaturge on February 25, 2022 6:23PM0
