Event Drops Bugged???

I've been in PVP every day since this event started, for whole entire work-shifts of time (10pm-8am), having a blast. When I'm not actually taking keeps, I'm running in AP trains on the side for reward drops, but I've become very aware of an issue that I've been having: I haven't gotten a single style page/motif drop of any sort, whatsoever.

I save my mail to open at the end of the night, and with the added map-grinding and AP farms, I'm easily over 50+ of each type of event reward box when I'm done. I haven't received a single motif in any of them. Not once. I picked one up from the Arena chest in IC, and a friend gave me a couple of theirs, and that's it. I haven't bothered to use my tickets on buying them because I expected drops like any other event, only to discover I'm not getting any at all.

Is this some sort of reward bug? Why are my friends able to get motifs from rewards but I'm not? Especially with the amount I've been opening, not even a single motif has dropped? If its not a bug, why is my RNG this bad?

    They only drop from bosses in IC i think. That’s how i got mines.

    Only ever got one (well make that two) so far from an IC sweeper/boss
    Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
    Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
    Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
    Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

    Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
    House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
    Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

    They're only from Imperial City bosses.

    Stain your skin with warpaint depicting the might of the Black Drake, found within a Pelinal's Boon Box Reward.

    I made well over 10 million AP, completed countless IC/Town/Homebase quests, got no warpaint.

    The only event reward (thingy you can buy from the Impresario) I've gotten from a coffer in Cyrodiil was a runebox containing the head and body markings.

    The style pages drop from IC bosses in the districts and sewers, and are not found inside the coffers-- they're part of the loot you get directly from the corpse.
    I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!
