Fell through the map in Cyrodil

Not sure if this is a new bug, but I experienced this for the first time in nearly 4 years of playing ESO. I was sitting at the top of the tower above Front Door at Glademist, and when I jumped off of it, I landed on the ground and fell through the map. The screen turned white-ish blue, kind of like the sky in Cyrodil, and I fell until I respawned at the North Gate. Not sure if anyone else has ever experienced such a thing, and I'm not sure if it is specific to the keep I was at or if this happens elsewhere, but I thought I would post and put the information out there.
