I was playing on PC-NA and I was trying to get the "free 12 citizens" quest done quickly after the reset. I was playing on a Necromancer I don't play really well, even in PvE. Another faction's player came by when I was getting whacked by several mobs. I think he added to that death because I had to rez at a spawn point. I then went after the last few I needed and while he/she popped up nearby a few times, likely wanting a battle, I just waited to get the gank that never came. I can't beat the PvE enemies there as well as I should, I knew I would be worse in a PvP attempt.

He/she never ganked me and I was able to finish the quest and zone out to Cyrodiil.

I would like to thank them for not ganking me if they happen to read here.

That is unlike the many others who think they are hot stuff to kill the PvE player just trying to finish the quests.
