Crashing While Sneaking

Have been experiencing frequent crashing on multiple characters while sneaking through the world. Stam/Magica Dark Elf Night Blade, and Stam Khajiit Necro.
Have not had any consistent issues with crashing unless I'm sneaking.
- Crashes seem to occure when stealthed (not invis so far).
- Occur in both open world and instance (Delve/Dungeon)
- Do not seem to be associated with any action other that sneaking (I.E. not occuring every time I loot, steal, pickpocket etc...)
- A crash yesterday corrupted my save file.
Have not had any consistent issues with crashing unless I'm sneaking.
