housing blue prints

I have played this game since day one. this is the third time this has happened were for weeks on several different toon i stop finding blue prints purple ones to be exact. the only way to fix it so far is to reinstall the game then it works again. the customer support is a joke all three times saying it works fine, that is clearly not the case when it is fixed with a reinstall. it is an account issue because i switch between 6 characters farming for 3 to 4 hours a day. in the past 7 or so years of playing this game i have seen very little improvements being made it fix anything on the ps4. if i uninstall the game i will not be reinstalling this time. you thank with the amount of crowns people spend they would have decent customer support. with the crown boxes i have never found a radiant mount and i sure as crap not paying 2,500 gems or around $400 or $500 to get one.

I am on PS NA and I too have found purple plans hard to find since Blackwood chapter though I don’t farm on 6 toons.

I think other purple drops now interfere with furnishing plans. If I get a purple gear drop or a purple provisioning plan drop or a purple lead or a purple motif page then I seem to just be wasting my time continuing.

It didn’t used to be like this. I hardly find any blue plans either.

The only gold I make now is from daily crafting writs and selling the occasional master writ for 1k. Gone are the days of farming furnishing plans and selling duplicates to make gold.
