I've spent killing the guards there and running away then back to maybe have it materialize. Ran away, logged out, back in. Nothing. I know that one exactly. I've run into several books that only seem to spawn where you can't reach themPCNA

✭✭✭✭✭Are these books related to Quests? Cuz those instanced. They only appear during quests, however most of the time they get moved to a location where the quest completed or starts after the quest is over.
