Undaunted Progression Changes
As part of Account-Wide Achievements, we've rebalanced how the Undaunted skill line advances. You'll now obtain Undaunted reputation when completing the quests found in instanced dungeons, and increased the amount of reputation you gain for completing Undaunted dailies. We have also removed Undaunted guild progression from Undaunted achievements.

First time quests and dailies only. Gross.
They increased the amount of undaunted XP you get from dailies/weeklies by quite a bit to compensate. It's not as fast as before, but you can still grind it out fairly quickly.
No, not on the pts... now that it's live voice it on the current feedback thread in general forum: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/599867/ascending-tide-feedback-thread#latestMake sure you voice your concern over this on the feedback thread for account-wide achievements on the PTS forum, they have confirmed that they are watching that one closely.

You can do those pledges once per day. If you're doing it across 50 characters and don't care that it takes several weeks because you're constantly progressing each character, sure.
If you do randoms...nope, those don't count. Guess that kills the random queue.
If you are doing a new character, quests catch you up nicely.
If you previously had the character forever, doesn't matter, you're at 10 anyhow.
If, however, you consolidated down to 6 characters (because armory system is great!), but some of them are newer alts that haven't done every achievement (they're alts), but have done every dungeon (skill points are important), you're SOL.
