Cauldron synergy bug

The synergy on the final boss of Caudron is bugged on PS4. It does seem to give the damage boost . But no blue adds spawn when blocks are destroyes. So after a while we ended up with a horde of about 20 adds chasing . Which made it look like a bad zombie movie.
