The problem is most likely on your side. You can use WinMTR to diagnose connection.

This.
Bethesda is just one of a number of companies under the Zenimax umbrella.

Even from solo content, like Maelstorm Arena

There is a problem in Cyrodiil at the moment, as soon as anyone gets seige out (except a Ram) everyone in the area disconnects. This is a game issue not a server issue.

Same here, playing since launch on PC EU and in recent years on PC NA as well, from the UK. Although on PC I don't use addons.

It's also in part a player issue seemingly, given the reports that despite everyone knowing about the problem some are deliberately triggering the mass disconnections and laughing about it. Isn't it the same with ball groups in that everyone knows they cause performance issues yet they persist in running them?

The disconnects are almost exclusively a ZOS server issue. This is very well established over years and years of dealing with the issue. Please just upgrade your servers.

Haven't seen this happen and ball groups don't cause any more lag than anyone else in groups.
It is a little hard to take a keep without sieging. smh
Please you have often said you don't pvp.
If you’re trying to connect to a BethSoft server cluster to okay ESO, that’s your problem. This game runs on a zenimax cluster, so whatever is it isn’t wrong with Bethesda’s servers has no relevance.

Maybe I can save us all a 10 pages back and forward.
The PvP crowd says they got horrible performance
The overland questers and roleplayers say they got no problem
and the endgame PVE'ers says performance is bad sometimes.
