SPOILER?: Dawnbreaker and Duskbringer are clipping through the floor when held by the NPC's

I guess this is somewhat of a spoiler but I figured I'd report this. During the Summerset main story. I've noticed multiple times that the Dawnbreaker and Duskbringer swords are under the floor when held by the Golden Knight or the Earl of Nocturnal. Not sure how long this has been a thing as the last time I played the Summerset expansion was on its release.
