EHT is "Essential Housing Tools" add-on. The Hub is part of the Essential Housing tools Community which allows you to visit player open houses. It is wonderful for anyone who enjoys the housing aspect of the game. It is available through Minion add on manager.

Dear santa, I would love one Outfit slot , or adornment pack , or lootboxes.

But more important please, give the game better performance, maybe let us disable other peoples companions from appearing. maybe turn off other peoples pets.
My biggest wish for christmas is to avoid bluescreens. thank you
