I've been playing the game since around 2015 , I don't normally spend much time in the forums but just kind of wanted to get this off my chest.

I recently wanted to change race on one of my characters, something I never really bothered with before. I went to the crown store and purchased the race change token for 3000 crowns. After that I realized that I had to change the alliance as well. I then also realized that the any alliance any race bundle was available for 2000 crowns. This really chapped my hide obviously because I wasted 3000 crowns and now have to pay additional money to change the alliance.

At the very least , the company could have the integrity to either remove the more expensive item or make it clear there is a better deal available rather than charge more for less. Even for someone that doesn't need all of the items in the bundle, it's a less expensive option.

I realize that it's my fault for not seeing the bundle first but had I known it was an option, I think I would have been satisfied with my purchase.

I seem to recall doing exactly the same thing in the past. I think I'd blame ZOS 20% for the logic outlined above and myself 80% for not looking around first.

On a side note: a lot of the NPCs still refer to my (now Breton) main as an Argonian.

ARAA should have been made base game with the release of One Tamriel.

I say this as someone who's had a DC Argonian since 2015.

Not sure I would blame Zeni for this one. They have clearly told us how these options work and there is tones of places to get better detail on these products, even on these forums. Sorry you miss spent, I had made that mistakes myself in the past.

The bundle is a one time discount on your first change kinda thing. So subsequent changes wouldn't have that option and would have to do it the more expensive way. It really should be more visible, though, I agree.

If you haven't used it yet you could probably ask support for a refund with a "bought wrong item by mistake" ticket.

Customer service did a good job and promptly issued me a refund of the coins.
