Unable to get Conqueror ach. from BC1

I have done BC1 several times, and I have HM, speedrun and no-death achievements for it. But the game still refuses to give me the conqueror achievement. On the list of prerequisites for the achievement it specifies that I have killed all the bosses except High Kinlord Rilis, which is odd, seeing as I have done so plenty of times and have the other achivements to prove it.

I tried making a bug report about it, as well as contacting customer services. From the latter I was told that I should redo the achievement and try to "contribute significant damage" to the boss. So I redid it a couple of days ago, dealing nearly 50% of the damage and it still doesn't register for me. When I tried to explain (again) that I already had the other achievements associated with clearing it on Vet, I was basically told that they couldn't tell me anything more specific about the requirements for the achievement, and that there was no way for them to do anything about the missing achievement.

Could someone please shed some light on this and offer a solution?

This happens with some delves to. I can't remember which one I had this happen with but a while back I cleared the delve quest and killed the boss multiple times. Gave up on getting the achievement. Fast forward to earlier this week and I got a delve pledge for that same troll delve boss. Killed it this time and got the achievement. Not sure what changed.
