Experienced a new bug (for me) tonight shortly after logging on. Xbox series S on NA server.
Logged on in cold harbor, looted a treasure map chest, recalled to my house in bal foyen. Went to sell stuff at a merchant next to the banker. All my items suddenly had a created by -insert random gibberish here-. Logging off and back on fixed the issue. Appears to be the same one or at least a similar one to this.
