I'll go first:

Eye of Nahviintaas
"(5 items) When an ally activates one of your synergies, you and the ally who activated the synergy get 12% cost reduction for non-Ultimate abilities for 3 seconds. This effect can occur every 6 seconds per target."

Reason:
Uptime is too low, wearer don't have enough synergies to make it useful for the group IMO.

    Dark Convergence still must have the pull mechanic removed or the set must be removed from the game.

    Dark Convergence is still absolute [snip] in PvP, it's not performing as ZOS claims it should, and it's still being used to troll people off and through walls. Dark Convergence is used almost exclusively by ball groups to pull in solo players, which is the opposite function ZOS claims it was designed to do, yet the set is still in the game, and creating the same animosity toward other players and the devs.

    Dark Convergence procs are just a reminder of how utterly failed and toxic the set is.

    And did I mention the set is still being used to troll people off and through walls and to pull people off their siege? Ya, the Dark Convergence set still needs to be removed from the game. The only thing that makes cyro slightly better after the Dark Convergence alleged nerf is that fewer people are running it now. Now it's only the devoted trolls and ball groups running it, so there is less of it, but all the problems with the set remain as they have always existed. It's still a ball group and troll set, the opposite of what the devs claimed it would do.

    That is obvious.

    Dark Convergence need to have AOE pull removed entirely and Hrothgar's Chill should have "ignores Spell Resistance" part removed, or AOE part removed.

    The thing is, if you just read the 5pcs bonuses of those sets, you will realize that they are extremely overloaded.
    Those sets just feel like they are worth 1,5 or 2 5pcs bonus set.

    I might catch some flack over this, but Sload's Semblence.

    Yes, once it was OP, but now its' just kind of... meh. Doesn't help that it's one of a handful of proc-sets that still have a % chance to proc.

    I don't have a specific suggestion, beyond ditching the % proc chance. But, I certainly think it could use a look over.

    Queen's Elegance. Change from its current confused, complicated mess back to a simple set geared toward buffing light attack fighters. Given the move toward hybrid help, the first stats should buff both mag & stam characters and the 5th bonus should add a nice boost to light attacks.

    Winter's Respite. Return the set to helping ALLIES instead of GROUP MEMBERS like it originally did. My healers are not going to wear sets that ignore nearby allies when killing dragons or hunting WBs. Or even others she occasionally encounters struggling in overland or public dungeons.

    Wait, people still complain about DC ??? That's a L2P issue at this point. A lot of set need some love tbh, but I would love to see some rework for the new acuity, because the cooldown is way too high

    DC still pulls when you aren't anywhere close to it, which in all honesty is probably a lag problem. And for whatever reason, you can get pulled then get out of it and get chained back in to get ult dumped with 3 people spamming dw execute on you. In less time than the supposed cc immunity for being pulled.

    I would say at least 60% of the game's sets aren't used. Rewards for the worthy reward sets end up in decon, along with most trial/dungeon sets. Why introduce new sets in Cyro when everything else from Cyro is trash and unused?

    I think Ironblood needs a rework and this is coming from someone who has used the set. 30% damage reduction for a snare that can easily be bypassed is kind of broken. That kind of damage reduction should have a downside that can't be countered

    everything in vMoL needs perfected 5pc bonus

    every set that buffs a damage type or weapons skill line except fire. silks of the sun is ok for magdk, and everything else is rubbish for everyone. not all skill lines or damage types are equal. spelunker ... well, enough said.

    It's. great set for dealing with ads in PVE so just cos it is deemed problematical in PvP shouldn't be grounds for Removal.
    As I only PVP in non champ I don't wear it there

    It's. great set for dealing with ads in PVE so just cos it is deemed problematical in PvP shouldn't be grounds for Removal.
    As I only PVP in non champ I don't wear it there

    DC just needs a unique cooldown so it can't be chained by multiple people.

    Radiant Bastion; The 10% limitation needs to be removed and the return damage cap raised to 12k at least, with 1-2 second cooldown on the effect triggering per target. The set is already highly impacted by the amount of damage mitigation the wearer has.

    As the wearer’s mitigation increases the effectiveness of the set damage return decreases too drastically with the addition of the 10% limit and the 4.2K damage return cap. In most cases the return will be like 50-100 damage per sec, which is far to low for a set that requires 5 slots to use the set bonus.

    Pirate skeleton. You get major protection with flare just being slotted why would anyone run this trash set for major protection. Get rid of minor defile on it.

    Dark Convergence

    A lot of people don't like this for good reason. Pulling people off walls is ridiculous. The PVE use is fine. Maybe limiting the vertical range of the set to 2 m and putting a 10 sec immunity to the pull after being hit might be enough.

    10% damage from the attacker cut in half by Battle Spirit, then cut in half again by Battle Spirit as return damage, and further cut by the attacker's resistance.

    The fact it doesn't heal you at all with 5 or more group members is incredibly harsh. It should at least turn off the you can't be healed by others rule should you reach that point or put a minimum heal amount like 2 or 4 percent.

    Same with Phoenix. They said the set was underperforming in most situations and overperforming in very few specific situations. You know what that sounds like to me? That sounds like it was balanced and working as intended. Since when is having effective niche sets a bad thing and not part of diversity? I've never seen anyone complain about that set ever! People who knew the set had no trouble fighting against it and people who absentmindedly ignored it got their kill rightfully denied for not paying attention. That sounds fair to me.
    This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.

    I agree that i can avoid it most of the time by rolling and running, BUT i totally dont think that this set should be able to lure me through the walls of the keep as it happened 20+ times the week, not counting the fall through floor in keeps too.

    I totally understand that a skill can make me fall (DK skills or undaunted one) because i stand near the very border, but when i stand far enough for the border and that the DC pulls me, i say NO.

    So they must redo their copy to avoid that

    Except it's not a learn to play issue. It's a learn to code issue for the dev team at ZOS.

    The only people that think a free pull mechanic that doesn't even have to be aimed is a good idea are the people crutching on the set, so it's also a learn to play issue for the people running the set.

    Dark convergence, still, is pulling people off walls, through walls and off their sieges. It's still pulling from way outside it's stated range. It's still doing all the things ZOS says they fixed about the set. If they can't or won't fix the set, it should be removed from the game.

    Completely agree on Queen's Elegance. They messed the set up completely for a proposed change to light/heavy attacks which was not implemented. Please, please, please restore this set back to the way it was!
