Bahraha's Curse and Syvarra's scales not dropping properly

Been trying to fill the set collection using the new curated RNG, but it seems heavy Bahraha's pieces and light/heavy Syvarra's pieces don't drop from bosses. Also another issue is Hew's Bane doesn't have public dungeons or incursions, so targeted farming of certain body pieces is not possible.

Unfortunately the curated drop system only allows bosses to drop loot normally on their loot tables. Bahraha's Curse is natively light and Syvarra's Scales is natively medium. Bosses will only drop those weights. The story quest rewards as well as heist boxes have a chance for the other weights. I don't believe those are curated and are usually much harder to get.

You are correct that targetting specific pieces to farm is not possible for some pieces in many small zones, including Hew's Bane as there are no incursions or public dungeons. It's not necessarily a bug, but probably an oversight or was not considered overly important.

Yeah, I heard that heavy BC and light/heavy Syvarra's were already only available as pretty rare drops from thieves guild daily quest boxes. Was hoping that with this update they would have fixed that, it's the only zone that seems to have this issue. Not even treasure chests in Hew's Bane drop those pieces, and they're supposed to drop every possible set piece.

The several 'all weights' overland sets have this kind of problem. I think that's a large reason ZoS stopped creating this type of set.

I don't think it is anything that needs to be fixed. This is intentional as it forces players to do heists to drop the set pieces. I highly doubt they are going to change this. Especially since the explicitly made the new RNG not change loot pools of enemies.
