Also grants Minor Intellect to you and nearby allies, increasing your Magicka Recovery by 15% for 10 seconds.

Reduces the cost, increases the duration, and also grants you and your allies Minor Intellect.
Why
My Argument is that Sorc Class has the least group utility out of all classes. Also the group utility on this skill is a lesser version of the warden skill. As it follows the warden skills not only heals, but gives two buffs to allies. Both skills have same range too.

Skill description
Seed a large area of mushrooms in front of you, healing you and your allies for 2399 Health. Any target healed gains Minor Intellect and Minor Endurance, increasing their Magicka and Stamina Recovery by 15% for 20 seconds.
My Second Point: a lot of classes not share some buff skills, but sorc class doesn't. It only has a weaker version buffs set, only because at the time warden class was new dlc class.
My third Point: Warden has a lot more utility to offer to groups than Sorc Class so there's no lost sharing this one.
My Fourth Point: Sorc class has lot less bar space then Warden Class
