Does the Halloween Witches Skelly buff disable the Armor station?

One of my alts still buffed by the event gets the can not save build currently message. So far I've successfully saved builds on 3 other alts on the account but this one in the Skelly disguise won't save.

EDIT! YES! I cleared the Witch Mother's disguise, and it saved.
