[PC/EU] Witches Festival transform prevents saving Armory build

A friend of mine was having trouble saving Armory builds - the error message was something like "You cannot save builds at this time". When he removed the transform from his character sheet it worked correctly. Is this intended behaviour or a bug? At best the error message is pretty ambiguous, it took us a few minutes to work out what could be preventing him from saving things.
