I have a nightblade tank and was actually looking forward to dark cloak being shortened to 3 second HoT. Now i don't know whether it is intended or not, but Dar cloak being a shadow skill, it procs the Dark Veil passive, adding 2 seconds to the duration. Sure, 10k more HoT overall, but i would've liked it better, if it wouldn't proc the dark veil passive.
Intended or not?
