Is anyone else unable to Feed or use Blade of Woe on Dremora in the Deadlands/Fargrave?

As per the title, am just wondering if ZOS overlooked this.

Yup, I couldn't use blade of woe on neutral dremora while exploring/stealing in Fargrave either. Found it a bit strange, but maybe it was an intentional decision on their part? Or maybe dremora just secretly have eyes on the backs of their heads. :p

Do Draedra have blood? Since they aren't living creatures, I don't think you could drain what they don't have. I mean you can kill them, but they'll eventually regenerate a whole new body in time.

You can feed on every other humanoid Daedra in the game, not just a game mechanics either, the Vampires in the IC sewer mention drinking Daedra Blood, also Daedra Hearts?

And they are living creatures, just because they are immortal and can reform does not make them not living.
