Group dungeon queue, no ready check for one member.

So I have been having this issue when me and my wife group for dungeon finder. Sometimes it works perfectly fine, dungeon pops and off we go. Sometimes it pops and only one of us gets the ready check. Sometimes it's me, sometimes it's the wife. One person can hit ready but the timer just stalls out for the other as the ready check never arrives, not on screen or in the notifications. Any idea what the problem is?
