I work from home. My job is taking calls and selling. I play ESO while I’m working (just not things that are super complicated, like running around and thieving).
Where would be a good place for me to farm skulls during the event if I can’t put in 100% attention?

✭I'd say the best way for you would be delves and puplic dungeons. Just stand next to a boss spawn and make sure to at least light attack the boss when it spawns. Don't have to move around and other players will mostly be around to finish it off even if you just light attacked it. 🎃
