Today is very bad. I'm trying to do my endeavors but I am being timed out on almost every loading screen.
First port to stormhaven is fine. I pick up mages guild quest go to wayshrine port to windhelm.. Time out.. Log back in.. Port again.. Make it to windhelm but DC on way to public dungeon.. Log in again. Make it to dungeon attempt to enter.. Time out again.. Rage quit.
This has been my ps4 experience for the last month or so.. I don't have any of these issues on pc with the same internet connection.
Game is unplayable.

    May have more to do with
    A) Your local connection or
    B) The PS4 technology.

    I myself experienced constant drops on PS4. When I switched to PS5 (but played the PS4 version) the drops all stopped. It was clear in my situation that whatever network card the PS4 uses just isn’t up to snuff and it shows it often in online RPGs where a constant connection is necessary.

    Agree with @trackdemon5512. Have you tried a static/assigned internet address to your PS4? I had the same problems, albeit a while ago, as you describe
