Detection Radius Back Bar Bugged

So came across yet another bug. This one essentially screws me out of being able to utilize my backup bar. On Xbox series S NA server

The majority of my gameplay is stealth based. My main is a vampire, gear is all 3 sets in medium that reduces detection radius. Also have the skill maxed and CP passive that reduces detection radius. Other than a racial passive I literally have everything available in the game to reduce my detection radius for sneaking.

The only difference between my two bars is the skills slotted and weapons. None of them should be affecting my detection radius.

With that being said, when I switch to my backup bar my detection radius is significantly larger than when I use my front bar. On my front bar I'm damn near invisible and have to bump into someone to be detected. With my backup bar I'll get detected at least several meters away from anyone. Hard to get an exact measurement. So I can't really tell what isn't working to reduce my detection radius.

What weapons are you using on each bar? If your weapons are necessary for the detection radius reduction, it might be that you momentarily lose that bonus when you swap (or lose it permanently if your weapons are different sets across bars).

The weapons are all for the same set on both bars. I even tried swapping everything from the front bar to the back bar and everything from the back bar to the front and the detection radius is still much larger when using the back bar despite everything literally being the same. Something is clearly not working correctly.

I tested it even more and I can literally disable my stealth when standing in front of an npc by just switching bars. Front bar = near invisible, back bar = instant detection. Doesn't matter what's actually slotted or equipped since I traded everything from both bars and still got the same result.
