Combine Major Brutality/Sorcery and Major Savagery/Prophecy on all skills

It just cracks me up how fast we went from "make hybrid builds viable" to "absolutely remove any drawbacks and just force everyone to hybrid because all hail the hybrid meta."

If I build a mag character I absolutely should do more damage with mag skills than your cookie cutter hybrid build. You know, the one that will exist for every class. It will be the opposite of build diversity. Right now you HAVE to work to get your playstyle to fit either a mag or stam build. You have to deal with the positives and drawbacks of each skill, set, race and mundus.

What we will get is every class will have an optimized DD build for PVE and PVP. Most players will do what most players always do: they'll flock to what works easiest. The difference here is your will go full multiple viable builds for each class to one.
