How do I use my armory station?

I put it correctly in my houses, but cannot activate it however I try (my chest nearby works, instead).
The help in game has been of no help (pun intended).
Maybe I am dense, but I'd like to receive some suggestion.

Zath✭✭✭Mine is working fine... Make sure it's not too close to other items and that it has a green glow when you place it.0 -

✭✭✭I have same problem, but mine is add ons I think.
Got the table, put it in my Guild Hall as to see how it will fit, (since I'm at housing limit and have to remove/rearrange new stuff, looking at you ZoS).
UI opened up, but could not interact with it. Messed with my add ons and still no luck. PC/NA
Now I'm stuck at guild hall unable to leave.
I'm just gonna pull my whole add on folder from my PTS and hope I don't have the same problem when goes live.
If anyone knows of certain add-ons that bug the Armory Station, please share!
