Unable to log in, error 334

I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps, nothing works, I get kicked with a 334 error as soon as I select a character and it gets stuck on character load. This is only occurring on PTS, Live works completely fine. It was loading fine this morning, now all of a sudden I can't log in on PTS.
