Okay from what I'm getting at is there is stuff when it comes to Dunes, the one type of Daedra known as xivilai and then a reference to Jyggalag.
From what I'm understanding, at the very least. Now if this is accurate, then next years location, will most likely be Hammerfell after all. As what else would stand for Dunes other then a place that has them. Now many of you may know this, others may not. So going to give you a run down and this will include spoilers from TES 4 Oblivion as it relates to this and what we could potentially see if the datamined thing about Jyggalag that I've seen people say was being talked about is correct. In the Spoilers tab down below.
Jyggalag was the primary antagonist of the Shivering Isles dlc in Oblivion. He was the original ruler of the Isles, basically another Prince before Sheogorath existed. He was the embodiment of Order, and extremely hated the concept of Chaos and Madness. He was so feared and possibly such a threat in Oblivion, they bound him to become Sheogorath, and every few thousand years or a thousand years he would return as Sheogorath, disappears and returns as Jyggalag, he retakes his realm only to retransform back into Sheogorrath and forcing him to rebuild it. However that cycle was ended, when the Hero of Kvatch took on the mantle of Sheogorath, and defeated Jyggalag for the first time breaking the curse. This separated the two Daedric Princes, so they are no longer the same Prince but Independent of each other and given time doesn't work in Oblivion the way it does on Mundus, That means that this independent Jyggalag could exist in ESO's timeline as a separate Prince from Sheogorath, and could potentially return and be a threat in of itself.

An Independent Jyggalag while Sheogorath exists independently may not be the exact threat it was when Sheogorath didn't exist all together. But it could change the dynamic of Oblivion and its potentially possible Jyggalag could be up to something in Hammerfell, my guess related to the Constellations. If there something Jyggalag wants from Hammerfell, he could very well send his forces out to try and acquire these leading to possible new Jyggalag related Incursions. Given they made Dagon the Antagonist this year, because it was Oblivions 15th anniversary. Its very possible they could do the same next year with the Shivering Isles, 15th anniversary. That does not mean that the Shivering Isles may appear. But this is just going off of like three words. My guess is next year would continue exploring aspects of Oblivion and could lead to potential new lore when it comes to Oblivion, Next year could be Jyggalags time to shine, but that is unclear and uncertain. As anything is possible and it could be something someone made up and got wrong. But I've been seeing some talk about Jyggalag and it does make me wonder.

Now, I don't know about Jyggalag, but next year if its Hammerfell, it might be some other type of plot all together. I'm personally not certain if its 100% Hammerfell , but if it is. Then I think we will likely get more exploration when it comes to the Constellations. Which is something they did with Craglorn, and we didn't see all of them, in the storyline for Craglorn. Leaving the possibility of other constellations showing up. There is a lot of potential with a Hammerfell year. A lot of interesting elements they could explore. Until we see the Pts to get any possible hints, its open to speculation. I expect we might see a new playable race hopefully. The only candidate for that is the Maoemer or Sea Elves from a realistic sense.
Hammerfell with Maormer as a new playable race for the main new chapter feature is my best guess of what we could potentially see.

However that cycle was ended, when the Hero of Kvatch took on the mantle of Sheogorath, and defeated...

That happened in 3E 433. ESO is set in 2E 321. The second era ends when Talos ascends to godhood at the end of the war, ~510 years later in 2E 830. That means there is a 1341 year difference between the events of ESO and the events of Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion. A 1341 difference being ESO happens 1341 years BEFORE the Oblivion crisis. Meaning this idea cannot happen, at least not with that plot.

The only reason not to expect Hammerfell is the "single player Elder Scrolls is going there so ESO won't" argument. I really don't think it holds much weight.

Pyandonea would be my preference but I think I'd enjoy a Hammerfell dlc.

We had summerset (high elves), we had Elsweyr (Khajiit), we had Blackwood (Argonian/daedra), we had Orsinium (Orcs), we had Morrowind (Dark Elves), and we had Skyrim (Nords/vampires). The races we have left are Imperial, Breton, Redguard, and Wood Elf. I'd expect a major DLC focusing on one of their territories. Pyandonea is a great idea, but since it's not a main race in Elder Scrolls lore (at least not a playable one), I'd expect one of them. I could see them doing something in the rainforest, I could see them do a PVE version of Cyrodiil-
not like opening the zone as is to PVE, but like... Making either 1 big zone or 3 zones from scratch that are PVE over cyrodiil. Questlines that tie into the faction war without any PVP, like a PVE version of the campaign as a continuation of the main storyline of the game. Though if they did this I'd hope for a true resolution to the storyline which would only happen by introducing Talos, having him unite the continent, and having him ascent to godhood, but that's not super likely, at least not yet.
    - I could see them doing something redguard related- the sooner the better since ES 6 is a ways off yet and they'd probably want to make and release it BEFORE es6. Not sure what to do with Bretons though tbh.

I've seen a ton of datamined stuff and I can confidently say we're headed to Hammerfell. Lots of new Redguard assets buried in the game files, plus the codename Dune, plus the Celestial crown crates (Craglorn is in Hammerfell), plus Daggerfall Covenant references like High King Emeric having a retreat, etc.

I'm happy about that even though I don't like Hammerfell or Redguard stuff because next year being Hammerfell gives us another year to scream at ZOS to fix that atrocious map before another Skyrim or Morrowind zone makes it unfixable.

Isn't TES VI going to be on Hammerfell though? I don't think they would make a chapter and release a game for the same area.

It's possible, but that's years away. We don't have any concrete info though. Interestingly there's speculation that Starfield's E3 trailer contains a rough outline of TES6's map as a teaser, which hints at the Iliac Bay being the setting like it was in TES2, and covers roughly half of Hammerfell in this speculative map (north and west) as well as High Rock. In that situation it would completely free up ZOS to explore southern and eastern Hammerfell without stepping on any toes at all. So Goldmoor and the city of Rihad as next year's Chapter, being a great candidate.

It certainly is tantalizingly close to a map of the Iliac Bay, and a much sharper resolution than other scuffs/scratches on this monitor, but I'll let you all decide for yourselves whether it's just coincidence:

We were dancing around Jygg and Sheo for some time already, even new crates in couple of days would have Sheo reference via Grim Harlequin theme. Not sure what mines were actual chapter preview and not dlc related so hard to actually judge from it. Can be Hammerfell, could be even Morrowind related or be just some dungeon dlc ones. Race one I'd say are most unlikely, Naga saxhleel, all the furries or Maomer would be more appropriate lore wise anyway if we're going full theme park here.

Also saw ship and islands theme tossing around, but could mean literally anything. I don't download PTS since Greymoor so would just wait for some peeps to be able to provide the info from miners that some are holding back for some reason.

Wouldn't it make more sense to look at what areas are left on the map that nothing in them yet, figure out what races are living there, then throw out a guess about what adventures/plots might apply to them.

Personally, I'm holding out for Cyrodiil and IC to be turned into PvE so that we can have a plot revolving around the return of Varen Aquilarios. ;) (I mean it would save them some work too since the lands are already there - they'd just have to populate it a bit with towns/quests etc)

I've never understood this argument either, because it assumes that we can only go where BGS has gone before, and not where they're going to go. If ESO isn't allowed to go to the setting of TES VI, what about TES VII's province, or TES VIII? Summerset and Valenwood are fully mapped out, High Rock and Elsweyr only have little slivers of land left unexplored, the only provinces that haven't had the majority of their land opened up that are suitable candidates for TES VI under these conditions are Hammerfell and Black Marsh. Are we insinuating that those two are the only places a future mainline TES game can go because ESO hasn't explored the majority of their landscape yet?

Although tbh, if Hammerfell wasn't the location for next years chapter, that would be more than a little sus.
So the Dark Elves have weird alien architecture, where people live in mushroom towers and the shell of a giant crab, but the High Elves, the pinnacle of technology, the most magically advanced race in Tamriel, are still stuck in slightly pretty, fairly tall stone buildings? Not even a hint of a glass city? Are stainless glass windows really enough to claim that a city is made of glass?

How would ZOS be able to basically recycle assets if they had to make the entire Hammerfell area in ESO before it came out in TES VI?

Seriously though, it's much cheaper and probably more appealing for them if they release it afterwards -- easier to make, and will probably draw more hype from people wanting to relive their TES VI experience.

6.2.0 predicted Imperial content with Potentate Crates.
7.2.0 introduces us to something related to redguard.

Last year the trend was very imperial. The capital index even announced Skingrad, although it was the first time that we had a mistake there.
This year, the trend is very redguards. Let's wait and see the heroes' concluding sentences at the end of Deadlands.

I maintain the idea that we are taking the same cycle started with Imperial City DLC.
Imperial City and Blackwood are very similar. Involving Nibenese and Daedras, in a plot where the Elder Council of Empire is responsible.
There is no equivalent to Orsinium, so we go to TG. Well this is Hammerfell. Then we have DB, Colovia. And we come to Morrowind.
