Cant' login to the game (pc eu)

Can not log in - getting Login timeout error for the last our. This morning I did log in with no problems, went to work, now I can not log in at all on the live server. Tried repair, nothing changed. Tried renaming ProgramData folder to ProgramData_backup, restarted comp, disabled antivirus/firewall - no luck. I can log in on the PTS server though but can not play on the live server. Any advice would be appreciated !

Same problem - stuck in the 'Requesting login'-box for a while, then getting the timeout error. Yesterday everything worked fine.

On September 3rd there were some server issues affecting the PC-EU servers leading to login issues for players. This issue should now be resolved, so the discussion will be closed.
