Immolator Charr in the Temple district will not spawn. I waited over two hours last night, had the lich boss spawn 8 times but no ogrim. Went to another campaign tonight, and still the same thing. Lich keeps spawning but ogrim boss does not spawn. The ogrim is the last boss I need for the achievement. Anyone else seen is spawn during the event?
