Radiant Magelight still does not prevent stun from stealth

Unless NPC's were suddenly excepted, I have Radiant Magelight slotted on my front bar, and while on that bar, NPC attacks from stealth STILL stun. This issue has been present for what, 4 YEARS now? Any chance it will get fixed? Probably not.
