Thieves Troves are only giving out one item. eg, 6 lockpicks or one map. Don't know if this change was intended or just another thing this patch broke. wow.

Maybe you were unlucky and just found some troves that another player had -er- generously left trash in?

I got a couple troves with the normal amount in Coldharbour today. Likely somebody was littering.
