Mirri despawning on overworld (PC)

I unlocked Mirri for my Antiquarian character today, so I could have a healer (my Antiquarian isn't speced for efficient combat yet). Several times, I've had to resummon her because she just disappeared. The first time, I used the Antiquarian's Eye from my quickslot to point at a dig site. The second time was just down the road from a wayshrine. The third time as after fast traveling to one of my houses.

A few points:
- I'm running a Pet Build Sorcerer. The first 2 times Mirri disappeared, so did my Unstable Familiar and Twilight Matriarch. The third time, I arrived at my house with both pets, but no Mirri.
- I was in Blackwood. The house I fast traveled to was the Antiquarian's Alpine Gallery.
- Mirri's rapport is listed as "Cordial". I haven't yet gotten a rapport decrease notification, but I've gotten 2 for an increase.
- I have not touched a single Torchbug, Butterfly, Moth, or Dovahfly yet since unlocking her.
- She is NOT set to my quickslot.
- I did NOT summon a banker or merchant.

[EDIT] Reading back through information on Companions, Mirri disappearing when I traveled to a house makes sense, since they cannot be summoned in housing areas.

Yes, when you travel to one of your houses, the companion cannot enter, but once you leave the house they should reappear.

If they do not, then that would be a bug.

Please read my post again. The house only accounts for ONE time that Mirri disappeared, but not the others. That's why I'd already struck out those parts of my post before you even answered.

    Yes, I understood that.

I guess that means that Mirri reappeared once you exited the house.

I ran Wayrest sewers solo tonight with Mirri for the undaunted pledge and she kept despawning in the tunnels between the more open spaces. I had to resummon her at least 4 times.

PS: And no, i'm not talking about her dying, i'm takling about her getting stuck with the AI pathing in the tunnels and despwaning and not coming back on her own. i had to manually summon her again.

I also had Mirri de-spawn a few times during overland questing, not often enough to write a bugreport though. But it does happen. Quite annoying.

It seems to happen on some rare sidequests where you have a questguy following you around, and where you get teleported around by the quest NPC's. Or both of those. My guess is the game recognizes some questfollowers as the companion. Mirri also sometimes despawns when you go swimming into water, and quickly go out of the water, or quickly engage in combat after leaving the water. Or quickly enter swimming water again. (I'm currently in deshaan. and the small streams/rivers have multiple times despawned Mirri yesterday)

NOTE: This never did happen to me during the mainquest, and I have fully completed quite a few zones since companions were released.

PS: I have the antiquarians eye slotted on the quickslot, so I could not have accidentally pressed the button to despawn Mirri.

on PS there is a consistent despawn point in Craglorn, near the Bangkorai gate. When I do my nirncrux route I know exactly where I have to respawn her

Yes, that’s the same spot where my non-combat pet used to disappear.

They fixed that some time ago but I had Bastion out and went through there recently and he disappeared.

It's not just Mirri but Mirri/Bastion all Sorc. Pets, in parts of Blackmore & Stormhaven & probaly others as well but those are all too common and all too IGNORED!

I was just able to reproduce a bug where Mirri despawns near Captain Graalug, just outside Bankorai Gate, in Craglorn. I can spawn her right there, but moving away and back despawns here again. In another thread someone else mentioned a consistent spot in Craglorn as well, but didn't specify, so I repeatedly went across that area and found that it seemed to be more in that direction than any other.
When Alyennnah is not here, she's probably crafting. Quite possibly at Alyennah's Crafting in Wayrest. Or maybe she's out there, looking for new materials, recipes and styles to use in crafting. She wants to craft all the things.
