Radiant Destruction cause caster not be able to use other abilities

When Radiant Destruction is interrupted, it prevents using any other ability, while its restoring cooldown, not only RD itself.
Also, I have seen familiar behaviour while using jabs/sweep and being knocking down, but im not 100% shure, because it hard to detect according to fact that jabs/sweep is not interruptible ability.
Other channeling abilities that i tested works as intended.
