Frost damage enchant doesn't proc Ice Furnace

I'm combining Ice furnace with Elemental Succession and a lightning staff with a frost enchantment. The lightning and ice will trigger the elemental succession, but the ice furnace won't proc from the ice enchant.

✭✭✭✭✭I wouldn’t bother with Ice Furnace. It’s cooldown is still bugged, so even if you use a Frost Damage DoT that ticks every second (Wall, Boneyard, Winter’s Revenge) it will not proc reliably. It really needs the same fix that Kjalnar received, a shorter cooldown so there is some margin when ping variations affect time stamps.0 -
