Aurmine's Ancestral Signet bugged?

I have farmed over 15 hours of treasure chests in Bangkorai. I average 124 chests an hour with my farm route. I'm playing on PS server and am wondering if anyone has gotten the lead recently. I'm frustrated almost to the point of just giving up because after over 1000 chests, I assumed I'd have the item. Can someone help me by checking my account or something? I can't send in a support ticket on this issue as it isn't an allowed subject.
