Fossilize doesn’t work

jjjozo✭✭✭This ability has problems also for me playing on EU PC megaserver.
Fossilize is many times greyed out on my ability bar and is unusable while facing an enemy even 1m close to me without any terrain obstacles while I am not silenced or negated.
I need to add that this happens only with that type of "gamers" which tank 15 people at once while sending 10k dizzy swings and smoothly running over high vertical obstacles and taking no fall damage while jumping from top of the alliance keeps.
Game is currently quite heavily infested with this kind of "gamers".

MrMazurski✭✭✭This ability is infected with the same bug as leap, or other charge / jump skills with cc efect, it may not be active.
Congratulations to ZOS that they totally don't care.- Where "Update on Cyrodiil Performance & Upcoming AOE Tests"? I wish ZOS would stop kicking players' balls, especially those on Cyro
