Is Crimson Oath's Rive the solution to get stam back in raids?

As a tank I'm very excited about this set.
Could this be the fix to get stam back again? -What do you think?

5 – When you use an ability that applies a Major or Minor buff to yourself or an ally, send out a wave of energy that reduces the Armor of nearby enemies within 12 meters by 3541 for 15 seconds. This effect can occur once every 12 seconds and will only occur if an enemy is within range.

Maybe? I mean if people are building for the standard amount of pen this might cause them to overpen. Of course if the trial group builds around the tank having this set.... maybe? We know the devs want this set to be used as group support.

I think stam will have an easy time hitting the pen cap this patch.

- 5948 Major Breach
- 2974 Minor Breach
- 2108 Infused Crusher
- 2395 Tremorscale
- 3541 Crimson Oath
- 700 Piercing CP
- 939 Light Armor 1pc

18605 Total which is over the 18200 cap

Not to mention the buff to Alkosh, 6k penetration is massive. There’s also the option of a Stam Sorc with Crystal Weapon for another 1k, which would allow all the DPS to wear 7 medium if they prefer.
