CP perks seems extremely unbalanced this PTS

Especially in regards to recocery and mitigation

First thing first - the Rejuvination nerf. 90 recovery.. 45 a second.. come on now.
That is passive worthy.


But lets put it into perspective of a stamina build:

90 recovery for your main ressource means a free spammable aprox every 40-45 seconds which means you gain 2000 of your primary ressource every 44,4 seconds

Slippery perk is the “free” break free that can proc every 21 seconds saving you 4872 which is the base cost of a break free.
Or 8,6 seconds to save 2000 of your primary ressource

Roll Dodge is every 30 seconds or 12,3 seconds to save 2k of your primary ressource

Siphoning/renevel is 1500 ressource pr kill which probably beats them all unless your are a tank or healer.

So
Rejuvination: 2000k stam in 44,4 seconds
Slippery: 2000 stamina saved every 8,6 seconds if it continue to proc on timer
Roll Dodge 2000 Stamina saved every 12,3 seconds if you Roll Dodge every 30 seconds
renewel: 1500 stam in a few seconds from a kill

In PvP as tank and often as melee stam you are constantly CC’d
BUT
Even if it didnt proc every 21 seconds but say every 42 seconds it would still be much more effeciant that rejuvination!
You could literally nerf it by 100% and it would still be more effeciant in most hard content than Rejuvination.

“But you Also get Magicka”
Useless for a stam build and its super low

Rejuvination was NOT overperforming it was actually Underperforming for anything that isnt a Mag DD on a parse dummy.
And the only reason it is used there is because mag sustain is awful and they Got no other places to go, they are shoe horned into that nerfed star.

Keep in mind this is NOT a Call for more nerfs, i Think sustain is Just right atm but nerfing Rejuvination makes NO sense.

(Fixes) So i beg you if you still wanna nerf either:

Keep the original 150 value but split it up into two stars (one for mag one for stam)
Or go with another value like 90 recovery when over 50% ressource 180 when under 50% ressource

As it stands now if you are a PvP, stam DD or Tank you will honestly be better off switchin Rejuvination for slippery or Roll Dodge..
For Mag DDs…. Im so sorry…

Now for Mitigation oh boy did you go the other way.

Base mitigation increase, protection on everything, blocked mitigation perks galore.

It reminded me of the Oprah meme

“You get mitigation, and YOU get mitigation, EVERYONE gets mitigation!”

These are my thoughts and observations, I dont Think this is the right direction for the game IMHO.

    Should have just left rejuvenation alone and if someone wants to slot Sustained by Sucking too then let them.

    I like the thought of having individual regen perks. They could make it into a mini constellation and have the choice of Magicka @180/sec, Stamina @180/sec, and all 3 resources@90/sec.

    As it is I think it will be the worst slottable in the "Fitness" constellation.

    Don't nerf rejuvenation. Mag sustain is bad enough... I must use ghastly eyebowl everywhere but trials.

    You even removed the perk for more ressources on heavy attacks.

    Either use false god or be dry 50% of the fight. That sucks. Have to rely on dark conversion and crystal frags as sorc in dungeons and my sustain is still not great.

    My magblade is dry all day during boss fights in group dungeons.

    Sprinting for ressources is a stupid idea, I prefer a perk for mag regen.
