This would be a truly fantastic idea. Restricting tanks to sword and board is totally lame.

I can stand at the gate for 10 minutes and still be in combat. Also breach isn't always applied but it soon will be.

People often die in cyrodiil, and when they rez, they are STILL in combat.

Yeah, I was ressurected in Cyro with a 49710 DAY debuff on my Nightblade for Mortal Coil lol. The debuff probably only got removed due to afk logout because I just gave up at that point and had to force the game to close. Makes one wonder how messy stuff is on the server for that to happen.
