Can’t loot or open doors - PS4

I’ve had several instances inside a dungeon and on the surface where I can’t loot a mob nor open a door. Each time the pointer is on the mob/door there’s no tooltip for the mobs name nor the door’s open tooltip. Pictures are below.




This bug occurred when U30 was released. I’ve never experienced this before.
