Start fresh on Xbox?

I've played ESO since launch on PC, stopped playing around summer set and just came back for blackwood... however.
I just got a series x and have been enjoying it alot. In the mix I have the urge to play eso. Trying to convince myself to start fresh on Xbox. Should I start fresh on Xbox?
So much content I have to go through since I last played... Feels like a new game. I also used to be all in vtrials hardcore-like... These days I don't have time with job and family etc.. be solely casually with pvp and some regular dungeon queues.

GenjiraX✭✭✭✭✭I play on both Xbox and PC so I would say yes - go for it. I do play more on PC but some days I have such a good time on Xbox I just stick with it. FoV isn’t great on Xbox, however.1
