Does Ring of Pale Order proc other healing based sets?

I've been playing around with builds and was wondering if the healing done by Ring of the Pale Order procs other sets like Combat Physician. I guess it first depends on whether Pale Order can provide critical heals, and then I guess that might have a chance at proccing Combat Physician. But I'm not sure about either of those assumptions.

I have had it proc Spell Power Cure, Hiti, and other healing proc sets.
