I really like the idea of the Shapeshifters Chain, and love the playstyle, so naturally I want to find and complete said item. I read somewhere in an earlier post that the bug was found and was being worked on. We have been sitting through how many patches already? I'm kinda disappointed that it's not already fixed this late into the Chapters release. This is really started to seem like a lame excuse to have a timed release for this item. Anyone else share the same opinions? When will they finally add the chain in already.

Can you point us to the post confirming that it is still bugged and ZOS is still actively working on fixing this issue?
