A friends Log in issues

I have a friend that’s been having several issues logging in. When logging in she keeps getting an error that she doesn’t have internet access when she does. If she’s lucky to get on the game it works fine but if she stands still for more than a couple minutes it crashes. And just now booted her on login with an error “Timed out from realm directory service”. The game doesn’t always recognize that she has ps+ for online play either, she does.
All of this started after the PS5 enhanced launched which shouldn’t affect her since she’s still on PS4.
