Terms and conditions hard crashed computer

Had just logged in. Opened up daily for crown-crate-half-yearly-grind. Computer crashed out. Thought it was dead and I was going to have to buy another.
Not so.
Your terms and conditions were force-loading when I got it back up.
Some settings wiped-loud orchestra music instead of none, blurred graphics, full screen mode and reloading ui ONCE takes 2-3 minutes.
