BUG - Ruins of Eldbur (Area is blocked by that bug, Quest can't be done)

Dear Dev-Team, "Die Ruinen von Eldbur" (Ruins of Eldbur) in Sommersend (Summerset) are not accessable due to a BUG so the Quest there can't be done.
If you try to enter you run into this invisible wall. You can even jump up on it and stand in the air.
It is also not only me who encounters it, two other players I saw there got also stuck.
